Volume and weight are different limits. Keep loads below the top edge and observe the allowance for your selected product. Heavy soil and concrete belong in the clean hardfill skip, not a general-waste bin.
The process is simple, but pickup is never automatic. Submit a request when the bin is ready.

Enter the address, request AM or PM and give clear placement and access notes.
Keep within the stated weight, waste rules and top edge of the bin.
Request from the next operating day, subject to capacity and confirmation. Casual extra day charging stops when you submit the request.
