Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all skip bin hire services provided by us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment is required in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Prices include standard hire for the agreed period and disposal of permitted waste only.
2. Delivery & Placement
-
You must ensure clear and safe access for delivery and collection.
-
If the skip is to be placed on private property, you warrant that you have authority to do so.
-
If the skip is to be placed on a public road or footpath, you are responsible for obtaining any required council permits.
-
We are not liable for damage to driveways, paving, turf, or underground services unless caused by our negligence.
3. Hire Period
-
The standard hire period is as stated at the time of booking.
-
Extensions may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

We reserve the right to collect the skip at the end of the hire period without further notice.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Waste
Only general waste and materials approved at booking may be placed in the skip.
The following are strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed:

Asbestos or hazardous materials
-
Chemicals, oils, paints, or solvents
-
Tyres, batteries, gas bottles
-
Medical or biological waste
-
Hot ashes or flammable materials
If prohibited items are found:

Additional charges will apply, and
-
You may be liable for all handling, transport, and disposal costs.
5. Weight Limits

Each skip has a maximum weight limit.
-
Overweight bins may not be collected until excess material is removed.
-
Additional fees apply for overweight loads.
6. Fill Level
-
Skips must not be filled above the rim.
-
Overfilled bins may not be collected for safety reasons and may incur additional charges.
7. Failed Deliveries & Collections
If we are unable to deliver or collect due to access issues, obstructions, incorrect details, or unsafe conditions, a failed service fee may apply.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before delivery may receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
-
No refunds apply once a skip has been delivered.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use the skip safely and in accordance with these terms

Ensure the skip does not cause a hazard or obstruction
-
Indemnify us against any claims, damage, or penalties arising from misuse or unlawful placement
10. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
11. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove a skip, or cancel a booking if these terms are breached.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
