Refund Policy
We aim to provide a reliable and flexible service. However, as skip bin hire involves logistics, transport, and scheduling, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Cancellations Before Delivery

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee to cover transport and scheduling costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
After Delivery

Once a skip bin has been delivered, no refund will be issued for unused hire time.

If the skip is collected early at the customer’s request, this does not entitle the customer to a partial refund.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, incorrect address details, or obstructions not disclosed at the time of booking, a failed delivery fee may apply. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
Overweight or Prohibited Waste

Skips filled beyond the weight limit or containing prohibited materials are not eligible for refund.

Additional charges may apply for overweight bins or restricted waste types.
Service Issues
If we fail to deliver or collect a skip within the agreed timeframe due to our own error, customers may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
