Refund Policy

We aim to provide a reliable and flexible service. However, as skip bin hire involves logistics, transport, and scheduling, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Cancellations Before Delivery

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee to cover transport and scheduling costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

After Delivery

  • Once a skip bin has been delivered, no refund will be issued for unused hire time.

  • If the skip is collected early at the customer’s request, this does not entitle the customer to a partial refund.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, incorrect address details, or obstructions not disclosed at the time of booking, a failed delivery fee may apply. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

Overweight or Prohibited Waste

  • Skips filled beyond the weight limit or containing prohibited materials are not eligible for refund.

  • Additional charges may apply for overweight bins or restricted waste types.

Service Issues

If we fail to deliver or collect a skip within the agreed timeframe due to our own error, customers may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
