Important details to know before you book.
What does the displayed price include?
It includes the selected 7 or 14 day hire, delivery to the confirmed address, collection, the stated weight allowance and GST. Optional extras, extra days, excess weight, prohibited material and failed access can cost more.
Which waste type should I choose?
General waste suits permitted mixed household and light building waste. Green waste is for eligible garden material. Clean hardfill is only for clean soil, stone, bricks, concrete, pavers and ceramics. If you are unsure, call us before booking.
Should I choose 7 or 14 days?
Choose the shortest configured period that comfortably covers your job. The 14-day option uses its own live product variant price. Additional days may be selected as an extra.
How do I arrange collection?
Pickup is not automatic. Submit the pickup request when the bin is ready. Your preferred collection date remains subject to capacity and confirmation.
When will my bin be delivered?
Choose a requested weekday and AM or PM preference. Order before 5pm for next business day delivery, subject to availability. Dates and windows are subject to confirmation.
What are the weight allowances?
General waste includes 500kg for 3m³, 1,000kg for 7.5m³ and 1,200kg for 9m³. Green waste includes 1,000kg for 7.5m³ and 1,200kg for 9m³. Clean hardfill includes 3,000kg for 3m³.
Can I add tyres or extra days?
Yes. Optional extras are never preselected. Declare tyre quantities when booking; undeclared tyres are charged at double the applicable rate.
Can I change a booking?
Contact Trade Waste as early as possible with your booking details. Changes are subject to scheduling, availability and the cancellation and refund policy.
